For your non-member crew to have access to the Club, buy tickets and be served food and/or beverages, they must have a Crew Card from AYC.
To facilitate the issuance of these guest cards, each Skipper must submit a list, by filling out the form below, of their nonmember crew to the Special Events Race Committee before the start of the races. The Club will then issue a numbered guest card with the crew person's name on it. This guest card, like any privilege card from the Club, holds the USER responsible for the dress and conduct while in the Club.
This card will be valid only during the current Series, and will identify crew members as your guests. Only the Skipper may obtain the crew passes requested from the Front Office. Your guest may be asked by Club officers, management or staff to show the card, either to be admitted or to receive services. If they cannot provide the card, they will be asked to leave the club property.
